American Hail Network LLC ("American Hail Network," "we," "us") connects drivers with hail-damaged vehicles to vetted local paintless dent repair partner shops. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or request a free estimate, and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details you submit — name, mobile number, email, city or ZIP.
Vehicle and damage details you provide so we can scope an estimate.
Booking details (your selected estimate time).
Basic analytics and the ad attribution (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate and schedule the appointment.
To route you to a vetted local partner shop and coordinate your insurance claim when you ask us to.
To improve our service and measure our advertising.

Texting & calls

If you check the optional consent box, we may text and call you about your estimate at the number you provide. See our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, scheduling and messaging), with the vetted partner shop we match you with so they can perform your repair, and, at your request, with your insurance carrier to process a claim.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS / text-message opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are used only to operate our own messaging program and are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@americanhailnetwork.com.
